个人履历

厦门大学学士(2008-2012),中国科学院海洋研究所博士(2012-2017),瑞典乌普萨拉大学访问学者(2019-2020),长期从事海洋动物生理学、分子生态学和功能基因开发利用等领域研究,先后完成了南极磷虾基因组调查和活性肽筛查,阐明了膨大拟蛾螺的精细基因组图谱及其冷泉极端环境适应机制,探究了海洋酸化对贝类早期胚胎发育及成体贝壳形成的抑制作用。近年来以第一/通讯作者发表JCR一区论文17篇,总影响因子>100。申请发明专利5项。


研究方向


目前主要从事珊瑚礁生态系统资源利用方向研究,具体包括:

1. 珊瑚礁生态系统重要功能基因和蛋白的挖掘及利用;

2. 气候变化背景下重要礁栖生物的响应和适应模式;

3. 南海典型造礁石珊瑚环境适应性的分子机制解析。


项目课题

1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(32072946), 长牡蛎酸化适应跨代遗传的机制研究,主持。

2. 国家自然科学基金青年基金(31802339),去甲肾上腺素调节长牡蛎颗粒细胞合成肿瘤坏死因子的机制研究,主持。

3. 国家重点研发计划项目子课题(2018YFC0310800)深海冷泉生物多样性、环境适应性与应用潜力评估,主持。

4. 国家重点研发计划项目(2018YFD0900500),水产动物疫病发生的分子基础与免疫机制,骨干。


学术奖励

获2017年海洋科学技术一等奖(第4完成人),2017年度中国科学院“优秀博士学位论文”、2017年度中国科学院“院长优秀奖”。海南自贸港E类人才,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千层次人才。先后承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、海南省重点研发国际合作项目等课题,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文20篇,担任Frontiers in Physiology客座编委。
